Amending Reg. 306 of R.R.O. 1990
(SPECIAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS AND SERVICES)
1. Clause 4 (1) (a) of Regulation 306 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:
(a) in attendance at a child care centre as defined in the Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014 that has a program for children with developmental disabilities; and
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
