(SUSPENSION PENDING INVESTIGATION (PART III OF THE ACT))
1. Ontario Regulation 379/07 is amended by adding the following French version:

1. La durée maximale d’une suspension visée au paragraphe 36 (2) de la Loi est de deux ans.
