Amending O. Reg. 493/01
(DEBT RETIREMENT CHARGE - RATES AND EXEMPTIONS)
1. Clause (a) of the definition of “net metered generation facility” in subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 493/01 is revoked and the following substituted:
(a) that generates electricity solely from a renewable energy source, or

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2017 and the day it is filed.
