Amending O. Reg. 364/16

(INVOICING REQUIREMENTS)

1. The definition of “remote unlicensed distributor” in section 1 of Ontario Regulation 364/16 is revoked.

2. (1) Subsection 2 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “subsection (2) and sections 4 and 5” in the portion before paragraph 1 and substituting “section 4”.

(2) Paragraphs 4 to 6 of subsection 2 (1) of the Regulation are revoked.

(3) Subsection 2 (2) of the Regulation is revoked.

3. (1) Subsection 3 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “sections 4 and 5” in the portion before paragraph 1 and substituting “section 4”.

(2) Paragraphs 4 to 6 of subsection 3 (1) of the Regulation are revoked.

4. Subsection 4 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “the Minister may give the vendor a written notice so stating” at the end and substituting “the Minister may give the electricity vendor or unit sub-meter provider a written notice so stating”.

5. Sections 5 to 7 of the Regulation are revoked.

6. The Schedule to the Regulation is revoked.

Commencement

7. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
