Amending O. Reg. 537/93

(EFFLUENT MONITORING AND EFFLUENT LIMITS - PETROLEUM SECTOR)

1. The definition of “limited parameter” in subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 537/93 is amended by adding “the Table for the plant in” before “Schedule 2”.

2. Subsections 14 (1) and (2) of the Regulation are amended by adding “the Table for the plant in” before “Schedule 2” wherever it appears.

3. Subsection 17 (1) of the Regulation is amended by adding “the Table in” before “Schedule 2”.

4. Subsection 18 (1) of the Regulation is amended by adding “the Table in” before “Schedule 2”.

5. Subsection 19 (1) of the Regulation is amended by adding “the Table in” before “Schedule 2”.

6. Subsection 20 (1) of the Regulation is amended by adding “the Table in” before “Schedule 2”.

7. Schedules 2 and 3 to the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:
