Amending O. Reg. 396/93
(PROXY METHOD OF COMPARISON)
1. The French version of subsections 2 (1), (2) and (3) and section 3 of Ontario Regulation 396/93 is amended by striking out “poste” wherever it occurs and substituting in each case “point”.
2. (1) The French version of the heading row of the Schedule to the Regulation is amended by striking out “Poste” and substituting “Point”.
(2) The Schedule to the Regulation is amended by striking out the following rows:
1. Health Care Services.
2. Services for Seniors.
3. Services for People with Disabilities.
4. Counselling and Referral Services.
5. Accommodation Services.
6. Services for Children and Families.
7. Correctional Services.
8. Cultural Organizations.
9. Miscellaneous.
(3) Items 1 to 16 of the Schedule to the Regulation are each amended by adding “Health Care Services —” at the beginning of Column 1.
(4) Items 17 and 18 of the Schedule to the Regulation are each amended by adding “Services for Seniors —” at the beginning of Column 1.
(5) Items 20 to 23 of the Schedule to the Regulation are each amended by adding “Services for People with Disabilities —” at the beginning of Column 1.
(6) Items 24 to 26 of the Schedule to the Regulation are each amended by adding “Counselling and Referral Services —” at the beginning of Column 1.
(7) Items 27 to 31 of the Schedule to the Regulation are each amended by adding “Accommodation Services —” at the beginning of Column 1.
(8) Items 32 to 37 of the Schedule to the Regulation are each amended by adding “Services for Children and Families —” at the beginning of Column 1.
(9) Items 38 to 40 of the Schedule to the Regulation are each amended by adding “Correctional Services —” at the beginning of Column 1.
(10) Items 41 to 44 of the Schedule to the Regulation are each amended by adding “Cultural Organizations —” at the beginning of Column 1.
(11) Items 45 to 55 of the Schedule to the Regulation are each amended by adding Miscellaneous —” at the beginning of Column 1.
