Amending O. Reg. 834/81


1. Schedule 1 to Ontario Regulation 834/81 is amended by adding the following section:

190. (1) Despite section 8 of the Order, one seasonal dwelling together with accessory buildings and structures may be erected, located and used on the lands described in subsection (4) if the following requirements are met:

2,000 square metres

Minimum lot frontage

30 metres

Maximum lot coverage

30 per cent

Minimum front yard

8 metres

Minimum side yards

3 metres

Minimum rear yard

8 metres

Maximum height of building

9 metres

(2) Despite subclause 17 (b) (ii) of the Order, the accessory steam bath may be located and used within 2.4 metres of the high-water mark of the lake on the land described in subsection (4).

(3) Despite subsection 23 (5) of the Order, one guest cabin having a gross floor area not exceeding 30 square metres may be erected, located and used on the land described in subsection (4).

(4) Subsections (1) to (3) apply to those lands in the geographic Township of Eden in the Territorial District of Sudbury, being Parcel 22509 Section SWS, Summer Resort Lot 9 on Registered Plan M671 identified as Property Identifier Number 73398-0218 (LT) and surface rights only of Location CL 17127 being Block G on Registered Plan M671, designated as Part 1 on Reference Plan 53R-20129 and identified as Property Identifier Number 73398-0269 (LT) filed in the Land Registry Office in the Land Titles Division of Sudbury (No. 53).


2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
