Amending O. Reg. 55/17
(THE 2017 ROUND OF COLLECTIVE BARGAINING)
1. Section 2 of Ontario Regulation 55/17 is revoked and the following substituted:
Bargaining agencies, central tables
2. Sections 2 to 6 of Ontario Regulation 159/14 (The 2014 Round of Collective Bargaining) made under the Act, apply to the 2017 round of collective bargaining.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
