Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. Schedule 294 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

SCHEDULE 294

HIGHWAY 407 EAST

PART 1

Regional Municipality of Durham — City of Pickering — Municipality of Clarington

1. That part of the westbound lanes of the King’s Highway known as Highway 407 East in The Regional Municipality of Durham lying between a point situate at the centre line of the underpass structure of the roadway known as Brock Road in the City of Pickering and a point situate at its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 418 in the Municipality of Clarington.

2. That part of the eastbound lanes of the King’s Highway known as Highway 407 East in The Regional Municipality of Durham lying between a point situate at the centre line of the underpass structure of the roadway known as Brock Road in the City of Pickering and a point situate 750 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the underpass structure of the roadway known as Solina Road in the Municipality of Clarington.

Regional Municipality of Durham — Municipality of Clarington

1. That part of the eastbound lanes of the King’s Highway known as Highway 407 East in the Municipality of Clarington in The Regional Municipality of Durham lying between a point situate 750 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the underpass structure of the roadway known as Solina Road and a point situate at its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 418.

2. The Regulation is amended by adding the following Schedule:

1. That part of the northbound lanes of the King’s Highway known as No. 418 in the Municipality of Clarington in The Regional Municipality of Durham lying between a point situate at its intersection with the northerly limit of the roadway known as Taunton Road and a point situate at its intersection with the King’s Highway known as Highway 407 East.

1. Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2018 and the day it is filed.
