Amending O. Reg. 653/05
(DEBT-RELATED FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS AND FINANCIAL AGREEMENTS)
1. Subsection 2 (5) of Ontario Regulation 653/05 is amended by striking out “is 180 days or more after the day” and substituting “is on or before the day that is twelve months after the day”.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
