Amending O. Reg. 589/06

(DISSOLUTION OF AND ASSUMPTION OF POWERS OF LOCAL BOARDS)

1. Section 3 of Ontario Regulation 589/06 is revoked and the following substituted:

Toronto Atmospheric Fund

3. For the purposes of this Regulation, the Toronto Atmospheric Fund is a local board of the City.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2018 and the day it is filed.
