Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. (1) Paragraph 9 of Part 3 of Schedule 64 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

District Municipality of Muskoka — Twp. of Lake of Bays

Haliburton — Twp. of Algonquin Highlands

9. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 60 in the Township of Lake of Bays in The District Municipality of Muskoka lying between a point situate 941 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 35 and a point situate 1800 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Blue Spruce Road in the Township of Algonquin Highlands in the County of Haliburton.

(2) Part 4 of Schedule 64 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

Haliburton — Twp. of Algonquin Highlands

13. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 60 in the Township of Algonquin Highlands in the County of Haliburton lying between a point situate 1800 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Blue Spruce Road and a point situate 100 metres measured easterly from that intersection.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
