Amending O. Reg. 201/96
(GENERAL)
1. (1) Subsection 18 (1) of Ontario Regulation 201/96 is revoked.
(2) Subsection 18 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “subsection (1) or (2)” and substituting “subsection (2)”.
(3) Subsection 18 (5) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “subsection (1) or (2)” and substituting “subsection (2)”.
(4) Clause 18 (7) (a) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “subsections (1) to (6)” at the end and substituting “subsections (2) to (6)”.
(5) Clause 18 (11.1) (b) of the Regulation is revoked.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of August 1, 2018 and the day it is filed.
