Amending O. Reg. 170/03
(DRINKING WATER SYSTEMS)
1. (1) Clauses (b) and (c) of the definition of “children and youth care facility” in subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 170/03 are revoked and the following substituted:
(b) a facility where any service described in clauses (a) to (h) of the definition of service in subsection 2 (1) of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017 is provided to children under 18 years of age, unless the facility is located in a private residence,
(2) Clause (f) of the definition of “children and youth care facility” in subsection 1 (1) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
(f) a residence licensed as a children’s residence under the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017;
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 350 of Schedule 1 to the Supporting Children, Youth and Families Act, 2017 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
