Amending O. Reg. 386/99
(PROVISION OF COMMUNITY SERVICES)
1. Paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 of the definition of “school health professional services” in subsection 5 (1) of Ontario Regulation 386/99 are revoked and the following substituted:
3. Occupational therapy services, when provided to a pupil of a private school as defined in subsection 1 (1) of the Education Act or a person who is receiving satisfactory instruction at home in accordance with clause 21 (2) (a) of the Education Act.
4. Physiotherapy services, when provided to a pupil of a private school as defined in subsection 1 (1) of the Education Act or a person who is receiving satisfactory instruction at home in accordance with clause 21 (2) (a) of the Education Act.
5. Speech-language pathology services, when provided to a pupil of a private school as defined in subsection 1 (1) of the Education Act or a person who is receiving satisfactory instruction at home in accordance with clause 21 (2) (a) of the Education Act.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of September 28, 2018 and the day it is filed.
