Amending O. Reg. 278/11

(SCOPE OF PRACTICE - TRADES IN THE SERVICE SECTOR)

1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 278/11 is amended by striking out “Day Nurseries Act” in the portion after clause (b) and substituting “Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014”.

2. Section 12 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Day Nurseries Act” in the portion after clause (b) and substituting “Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014”.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
