Amending O. Reg. 101/97

(GENERAL)

1. Section 7 of Ontario Regulation 101/97 is revoked and the following substituted:

7. The formula prescribed for the purpose of subsection 88.21 (6) of the Act (registered third parties’ expenses — maximum amount) is the amount that is calculated by adding together $5,000 plus five cents for each elector entitled to vote in a regular election or by-election, as the case may be, in the municipality, to a maximum of $25,000.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
