Amending O. Reg. 279/18, which amends O. Reg. 134/98
(GENERAL)
1. The following provisions of Ontario Regulation 279/18 are revoked:
1. Sections 1 to 12.
2. Subsections 13 (1), (2), (3) and (4).
3. Section 14.
4. Subsections 15 (1), (2), (4) and (5).
5. Section 16.
2. (1) Subsection 18 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Subject to subsections (2) to (5)” at the beginning.
(2) Subsections 18 (2) to (5) of the Regulation are revoked.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
