Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990
(SPEED LIMITS)
1. (1) Paragraph 3 of Part 4 of Schedule 98 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:
District of Cochrane — City of Timmins
3. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 101 in the City of Timmins in the Territorial District of Cochrane beginning at a point situate at its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Hallnor Road and extending easterly for a distance of 1.35 kilometres.
(2) Paragraph 1 of Part 6 of Schedule 98 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
District of Cochrane — City of Timmins
1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 101 in the City of Timmins in the Territorial District of Cochrane beginning at a point situate 100 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Gervais Street and extending easterly for a distance of 1.7 kilometres to the centre line of the roadway known as Hallnor Road.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
