Amending Reg. 950 of R.R.O. 1990

1. (1) The French version of items 4 to 7 of Schedule 0.3 to Regulation 950 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 are revoked and the following substituted:

2. (1) Items 14 and 15 of Schedule 83.0.1 to the Regulation, as re-made by Ontario Regulation 271/18, are amended by striking out “subsection 4 (1)” and substituting “subsection 4.1 (1)”.
(2) Item 20 of Schedule 83.0.1 to the Regulation, as re-made by Ontario Regulation 271/18, is amended by striking out “clause 4 (2) (a)” and substituting “clause 4.1 (2) (a)”.
(3) Item 21 of Schedule 83.0.1 to the Regulation, as re-made by Ontario Regulation 271/18, is amended by striking out “clause 4 (2) (b)” and substituting “clause 4.1 (2) (b)”.
(4) Items 47 and 48 of Schedule 83.0.1 to the Regulation, as re-made by Ontario Regulation 271/18, are amended by striking out “medical cannabis” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “cannabis”.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of October 17, 2018 and the day it is filed.
