Amending O. Reg. 232/16
(SALE OF LIQUOR IN GOVERNMENT STORES)
1. Subsection 3 (1) of Ontario Regulation 232/16 is amended by striking out “Alcohol and Gaming Regulation and Public Protection Act, 1996” and substituting “Alcohol, Cannabis and Gaming Regulation and Public Protection Act, 1996”.
2. Section 30 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Alcohol and Gaming Regulation and Public Protection Act, 1996” at the end and substituting “Alcohol, Cannabis and Gaming Regulation and Public Protection Act, 1996”.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 50 (1) of Schedule 2 to the Cannabis Statute Law Amendment Act, 2018 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
