Amending O. Reg. 30/18

(GENERAL)

1. (1) Subparagraph 2 i of subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 30/18 is revoked and the following substituted:

i. the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation,

(2) Subparagraph 4 i of subsection 1 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “the Ontario cannabis retailer” at the beginning and substituting “the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 3 (5) of Schedule 1 to the Cannabis Statute Law Amendment Act, 2018 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
