Amending O. Reg. 372/91

(INSTITUTIONS)

1.  (1)  Paragraph 6.1 of subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 372/91 is amended by striking out “incorporated under Part III of the Social Housing Reform Act, 2000” at the end and substituting “within the meaning of Part IV of the Housing Services Act, 2011”.

(2)  Subsection 1 (1) of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

9. Every appeal body for local land use planning matters constituted and appointed under section 8.1 of the Planning Act or under section 115 of the City of Toronto Act, 2006.

2.  The Regulation is amended by adding the following French version:

Commencement

3.  (1)  Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2)  Section 2 comes into force on the latest of,

(a) the day subsection 1 (1) of Schedule 12 to the Stronger, Fairer Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2017 comes into force;

(b) the day subsection 1 (4) of Schedule 12 to the Stronger, Fairer Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2017 comes into force; and

(c) the day this Regulation is filed.
