Amending O. Reg. 136/98
(DESIGNATION OF GEOGRAPHIC AREAS AND DELIVERY AGENTS)
1. Section 2.6 of Ontario Regulation 136/98 is revoked and the following substituted:
2.6 The territory, as constituted from time to time, of the lands designated under the Indian Act (Canada) as the reserve of the Slate Falls Nation is designated as a geographic area, and the Slate Falls Nation is the band designated as the delivery agent for that geographic area.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of April 1, 2019 and the day it is filed.
