Amending O. Reg. 213/91

(CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS)

1. (1) Clause 6 (1) (a) of Ontario Regulation 213/91 is revoked and the following substituted:

(a) the total cost of labour and materials for the project is expected to exceed,

(i) $50,000, or

(ii) in the case of a project that is confined to a factory that manufactures or assembles automobiles, $250,000;

(2) Section 6 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following subsection:

(7) In this section,

“automobile” includes a van or truck with a gross vehicle weight rating of 14,000 pounds (6,350 kilograms) or less.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2019 and the day it is filed.
