Amending O. Reg. 107/99

(GENERAL)

1. Subsection 4 (2) of Ontario Regulation 107/99 is amended by adding “(Administration of System for Providing Legal Aid Services) made under the Act” after “Ontario Regulation 106/99”.

2. (1) Note C (b) (i) of Schedule 1 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

(i) under section 45 of Ontario Regulation 106/99 (Administration of System for Providing Legal Aid Services) made under the Act, or

(2) Item 13.6 of Part V of the Table to Schedule 1 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “Healy Lake” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “Healey Lake”.

(3) Item 15.4 of Part V of the Table to Schedule 1 to the Regulation is revoked.

3. (1) Note C (b) (i) of Schedule 2 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

(i) under section 45 of Ontario Regulation 106/99 (Administration of System for Providing Legal Aid Services) made under the Act, or

(2) Item 23.6 of Part IV of the Table to Schedule 2 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “Healy Lake” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “Healey Lake”.

(3) Item 25.5 of Part IV of the Table to Schedule 2 to the Regulation is revoked.

4. Note E of Schedule 4 to the Regulation is revoked.

Commencement

5. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Section 4 comes into force 14 days after the day this Regulation is filed.
