Amending O. Reg. 138/15
(FUNDING, COST SHARING AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE)
1. Clause (c) of the definition of “operating cost” in subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 138/15 is amended by striking out “described in paragraph 9 of subsection 6 (1)” at the end.
2. (1) Paragraph 4 of subsection 6 (1) of the Regulation is amended by adding the following subparagraphs:
i.1 in a premises where in-home services are provided,
. . . . .
ii.1 in a place where child and family programs are provided,
(2) Paragraph 8 of subsection 6 (1) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
8. The provision of children’s recreation programs for children who are four years old or older or, if the program is provided on or after September 1 in a calendar year, will attain the age of four in that year.
3. Subsection 9 (4) of the Regulation is revoked.
Commencement
4. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the later of September 1, 2019 and the day it is filed.
(2) Subsection 2 (2) and section 4 come into force on the day this Regulation is filed.
