Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990
(SPEED LIMITS)
1. Paragraph 8 of Part 3 of Schedule 16 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:
Simcoe — Twp. of Severn — Twp. of Oro-Medonte
8. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 12 in the County of Simcoe lying between a point situate 250 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Fairgrounds Road/Atlantis Drive in the Township of Severn and the Township of Oro-Medonte and a point situate 300 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Warminster Sideroad in the Township of Oro-Medonte.
2. Paragraph 6 of Part 4 of Schedule 16 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
Simcoe — Twp. of Severn — Twp. of Oro-Medonte
6. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 12 in the Township of Severn and the Township of Oro-Medonte in the County of Simcoe lying between a point situate 300 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Murphy Road/West Ridge Boulevard and a point situate 250 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Fairgrounds Road/Atlantis Drive.
3. Part 5 of Schedule 16 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:
Simcoe — City of Orillia — Twp. of Severn — Twp. of Oro-Medonte
2. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 12 in the County of Simcoe beginning at a point situate at its intersection with the easterly limit of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 in the City of Orillia and a point in the Township of Severn and the Township of Oro-Medonte situate 300 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Murphy Road/West Ridge Boulevard.

4. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
