Amending Reg. 718 of R.R.O. 1990
(GENERAL)
1. Section 3.1 of Regulation 718 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following paragraph:
2.1 The liquor was purchased in another province or territory of Canada and brought into Ontario on the person of an individual who is eligible to purchase liquor in Ontario and who intends to use the liquor for personal use and not for resale or commercial use.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 4 of Schedule 38 to the Protecting What Matters Most Act (Budget Measures), 2019 comes into force and the day it is filed.
