Amending O. Reg. 156/13

(GENERAL SYNOD PENSION PLAN OF THE ANGLICAN CHURCH OF CANADA)

1. Ontario Regulation 156/13 is amended by adding the following section:

Non-application

1.1 Despite section 1, the provisions of this Regulation cease to apply to the General Synod Pension Plan if the plan becomes a specified Ontario multi-employer pension plan by filing an election under section 6.0.3 of the General Regulation.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of December 31, 2019 and the day it is filed.
