1. The definitions of “adult moose” and “calf moose” in section 5 of Ontario Regulation 670/98 are revoked.
2. (1) Item 1.1 of Table 8 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42” in Column 1 and substituting “36, 38, 39”.
(2) Table 8 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following item:

Commencement
3. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the later of April 1, 2020 and the day it is filed.
(2) Section 1 and subsection 2 (7) come into force on January 1, 2021.
