Amending O. Reg. 67/12
(ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS AND REMOTE MEETINGS)
1. Ontario Regulation 67/12 is amended by adding the following section:
Proceedings under Health Protection and Promotion Act
7.1 Proceedings brought on application or by motion by a medical officer of health under section 35 or 36 of the Health Protection and Promotion Act are prescribed for the purposes of section 83.1 of the Act as proceedings where attendance or appearance may be made by electronic method, including by audio conference or telephone conference.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
