Amending Reg. 552 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. The definition of “three-month waiting period” in subsection 1 (1) of Regulation 552 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked.

2. Subparagraph 1 iv of subsection 1.5 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “exempt from the waiting period under subsection 11 (2.1) of the Act” at the end and substituting “a spouse or dependant of a member of the Canadian Forces”.

3. The heading before section 5 and sections 5 to 6.3 of the Regulation are revoked.

Commencement

4. This Regulation comes into force on March 19, 2020 and if it is filed after that date, it is deemed to have come into force on that date.
