Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following Schedule:

Part 3

Regional Municipality of Niagara — City of Niagara Falls

1.  That part of the eastbound lanes of the King’s Highway known as No. 420 in the City of Niagara Falls in the Regional Municipality of Niagara lying between a point situate 300 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Montrose Road (also known as Niagara Regional Road No. 98) and a point situate 25 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Portage Road.

2.  That part of the westbound lanes of the King’s Highway known as No. 420 in the City of Niagara Falls in the Regional Municipality of Niagara lying between a point situate 300 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Stanley Avenue (also known as Niagara Regional Road No. 102) and a point situate 240 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Montrose Road (also known as Niagara Regional Road No. 98).

Regional Municipality of Niagara — City of Niagara Falls

1.  That part of the eastbound lanes of the King’s Highway known as No. 420 in the City of Niagara Falls in the Regional Municipality of Niagara beginning at its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Montrose Road (also known as Niagara Regional Road No. 98) and extending easterly for a distance of 300 metres.

Part 5

Regional Municipality of Niagara — City of Niagara Falls

1.  That part of the eastbound lanes of the King’s Highway known as No. 420 in the City of Niagara Falls in the Regional Municipality of Niagara lying between a point situate 25 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Portage Road and its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Stanley Avenue (also known as Niagara Regional Road No. 102).

2.  That part of the westbound lanes of the King’s Highway known as No. 420 in the City of Niagara Falls in the Regional Municipality of Niagara beginning at its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Stanley Avenue (also known as Niagara Regional Road No. 102) and extending westerly for a distance of 300 metres.
