(GENERAL)
1. (1) Item 3 of the Table to section 2 of Ontario Regulation 267/18 is amended by striking out “Required” in Column 2 and substituting “Authorized”.
(2) Item 3 of the Table to section 2 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Authorized” in Column 2 and substituting “Required” and by striking out “July 1, 2020” in Column 6 and substituting “January 1, 2021”.
(3) Item 5 of the Table to section 2 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Required” in Column 2 and substituting “Authorized”.
(4) Item 5 of the Table to section 2 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Authorized” in Column 2 and substituting “Required” and by striking out “April 1, 2020” in Column 6 and substituting “October 1, 2020”.
(5) Item 8 of the Table to section 2 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Required” in Column 2 and substituting “Authorized”.
(6) Item 8 of the Table to section 2 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Authorized” in Column 2 and substituting “Required” and by striking out “April 1, 2020” in Column 6 and substituting “October 1, 2020”.
(7) Item 9 of the Table to section 2 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Required” in Column 2 and substituting “Authorized”.
(8) Item 9 of the Table to section 2 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Authorized” in Column 2 and substituting “Required” and by striking out “April 1, 2020” in Column 6 and substituting “October 1, 2020”.
Commencement
2. (1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
(2) Subsections 1 (4), (6) and (8) come into force on October 1, 2020.
(3) Subsection 1 (2) comes into force on January 1, 2021.
