Amending O. Reg. 282/98
(GENERAL)
1. Ontario Regulation 282/98 is amended by adding the following section:
Different Valuation Days for the Purposes of Section 19.2 of the Act
48.6 For the purposes of section 19.2 of the Act, January 1, 2016 is prescribed as the day as of which land is valued for the 2021 taxation year.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
