Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990
(SPEED LIMITS)
1. Part 5 of Schedule 302 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following paragraph:
3. That part of the westbound lanes of the King’s Highway known as No. 420 in the City of Niagara Falls in the Regional Municipality of Niagara beginning at a point situate 240 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Montrose Road (also known as Niagara Regional Road No. 98) and extending westerly to the centre line of the said intersection.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
