Amending O. Reg. 406/19

(ON-SITE AND EXCESS SOIL MANAGEMENT)

1. Subsection 30 (1) of Ontario Regulation 406/19 is revoked and the following substituted:

Commencement

(1) Subject to subsections (2), (3) and (4), this Regulation comes into force on January 1, 2021.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
