Amending O. Reg. 126/10
(ADJUDICATIVE TRIBUNALS AND CLUSTERS)
1. Ontario Regulation 126/10 is amended by adding the following section:
Cluster, Ontario Land Tribunals
1.1 The following adjudicative tribunals are designated as a cluster of tribunals entitled “Ontario Land Tribunals” in English and “Tribunaux de l'aménagement du territoire Ontario” in French:
1. Board of negotiation continued under subsection 27 (1) of the Expropriations Act.
2. Conservation Review Board.
3. Environmental Review Tribunal.
4. Local Planning Appeal Tribunal.
5. Mining and Lands Tribunal.
2. Paragraphs 3, 5, 8, 13 and 14 of section 2 of the Regulation are revoked.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2020 and the day it is filed.
