Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. Paragraph 5 of Part 3 of Schedule 32 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

Grey — Town of The Blue Mountains

5. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 26 in the Town of The Blue Mountains in the County of Grey lying between a point situate 70 metres measured easterly from the easterly limit of the bridge structure over Indian Brook and a point situate 510 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Wards Road.

2. Paragraph 5 of Part 3 of Schedule 32 to the Regulation, as remade by section 1, is revoked and the following substituted:

Grey — Town of The Blue Mountains

5. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 26 in the Town of The Blue Mountains in the County of Grey lying between a point situate 70 metres measured easterly from the easterly limit of the bridge structure over Indian Brook and a point situate 30 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the east junction of the roadway known as Fraser Crescent in the former village of Craigleith.

3. Part 6 of Schedule 32 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

Grey — Town of The Blue Mountains

6. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 26 in the Town of The Blue Mountains in the County of Grey lying between a point situate 510 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Wards Road and a point situate 30 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the east junction of the roadway known as Fraser Crescent in the former village of Craigleith.

4. Paragraph 6 of Part 6 of Schedule 32 to the Regulation, as made by section 3, is revoked.

Commencement

5. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Sections 2 and 4 come into force on October 13, 2020.
