Amending O. Reg. 195/20
(ORDER UNDER SUBSECTION 7.1 (2) OF THE ACT - TREATMENT OF TEMPORARY COVID-19 RELATED PAYMENTS TO EMPLOYEES)
1. The title of Ontario Regulation 195/20 is amended by striking out “ORDER UNDER SUBSECTION 7.1 (2) OF THE ACT -”
2. The Regulation is amended by striking out the portion before Schedule 1.
3. The Regulation is amended by adding the following before Schedule 1:
Terms of Order
1. The terms of this Order are set out in Schedule 1.
4. Sections 1 and 2 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation are amended by,
(a) adding “Beginning on April 24, 2020 and while this Order is in effect,” at the beginning; and
(b) striking out “is temporarily suspended and the following replacement provisions are in effect during the temporary suspension period only” at the end and substituting “is temporarily suspended and, during this temporary suspension period, the following replacement provisions are in effect”.
