Amending Reg. 949 of R.R.O. 1990

(PARKING INFRACTIONS)

1. The Table in Schedule 6 to Regulation 949 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following items:

 

0.5	Park non-electric vehicle in charging station	section 30.2
0.6	Electric vehicle not attached to charging equipment	section 30.2

 

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 30.2 of the Highway Traffic Act comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
