Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. (1) Paragraph 2 of Part 3 of Schedule 105 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

Haliburton — Municipality of Dysart et al — Twp. of Minden Hills

2. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 118 in the County of Haliburton lying between a point situate 950 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Bayshore Road in the Municipality of Dysart et al and a point situate 700 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 35 in the Township of Minden Hills.

(2) Paragraphs 5 to 7 of Part 3 of Schedule 105 to the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:

Haliburton — Twp. of Minden Hills
District Municipality of Muskoka — Town of Bracebridge

5. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 118 lying between a point situate 250 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 35 in the Township of Minden Hills in the County of Haliburton and a point situate 30 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the westerly junction of the roadway known as Vankoughnet Road in the Town of Bracebridge in the District Municipality of Muskoka.

6. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 118 lying between a point situate at its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 28 in the Township of Faraday in the County of Hastings and a point situate 400 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the westerly limit of the roadway known as Haliburton County Road No. 503 in the Municipality of Highlands East in the County of Haliburton.

Haliburton — Municipality of Highlands East — Municipality of Dysart et al

7. That part of the westbound lanes of the King’s Highway known as No. 118 in the County of Haliburton lying between a point situate 350 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the westerly limit of the roadway known as Haliburton County Road No. 503 in the Municipality of Highlands East and a point situate 152 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Skyline Park Road in the Municipality of Dysart et al.

8. That part of the eastbound lanes of the King’s Highway known as No. 118 in the County of Haliburton lying between a point situate 350 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the westerly limit of the roadway known as Haliburton County Road No. 503 in the Municipality of Highlands East and a point situate 156 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Fred Jones Road in the Municipality of Dysart et al.

(3) Paragraph 1 of Part 5 of Schedule 105 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Haliburton — Municipality of Highlands East

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 118 in the Municipality of Highlands East in the County of Haliburton lying between a point situate 400 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the westerly limit of the roadway known as Haliburton County Road No. 503 and a point situate 350 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the westerly limit of the roadway known as Haliburton County Road No. 503.

(4) Paragraph 3 of Part 5 of Schedule 105 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Haliburton — Municipality of Dysart et al

3. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 118 in the Municipality of Dysart et al in the County of Haliburton lying between a point situate 845 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Highland Street and a point situate 950 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Bayshore Road.

(5) Part 5 of Schedule 105 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

Haliburton — Municipality of Dysart et al

5. That part of the westbound lanes of the King’s Highway known as No. 118 in the Municipality of Dysart et al in the County of Haliburton beginning at a point situate 152 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Skyline Park Road and extending westerly for a distance of 700 metres.

6. That part of the eastbound lanes of the King’s Highway known as No. 118 in the Municipality of Dysart et al in the County of Haliburton beginning at a point situate 156 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Fred Jones Road and extending westerly for a distance of 400 metres.

(6) Paragraph 1 of Part 6 of Schedule 105 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Haliburton — Municipality of Dysart et al

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 118 in the Municipality of Dysart et al in the County of Haliburton lying between a point situate 200 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Sunnyside Street and extending westerly for a distance of 175 metres.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
