Amending Reg. 950 of R.R.O. 1990

(PROCEEDINGS COMMENCED BY CERTIFICATE OF OFFENCE)

1. Regulation 950 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following Schedule:

Schedule 82

Security from Trespass and Protecting Food Safety Act, 2020

1.	Stop, hinder, obstruct or interfere with motor vehicle transporting farm animals	subsection 6 (1)

 

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 6 (1) of the Security from Trespass and Protecting Food Safety Act, 2020 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
