Amending O. Reg. 398/93
(DESIGNATION OF PUBLIC SERVICE AGENCIES)
1. (1) Paragraph 1 of section 1 of Ontario Regulation 398/93 is revoked.
(2) Section 1 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:
6.1 Amethyst Women’s Addiction Centre, also known as Centre Amethyst pour femmes toxicomanes, in respect of the Addiction Treatment Program, the Problem Gambling Treatment Program and the Health Promotion Program carried out on behalf of the Ministry of Health.

16. Autism Society Ontario in respect of the Ontario Autism Service Navigation Program carried out on behalf of the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services.

24.1 Catholic Children’s Aid Society of Hamilton in respect of the functions set out in subsection 35 (1) of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017.

81.0.1 Coalition ontarienne de formation des adultes in respect of the programs carried out on behalf of the Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development.
(3) Paragraph 98.1 of section 1 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
98.1 Eastern Ottawa Resource Centre/Centre des ressources de l’Est d’Ottawa in respect of the following programs:
i. The Family Violence Program carried out on behalf of the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services.
ii. The Community Support Program carried out on behalf of the Ministry of Health.
(4) Section 1 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:
178.0.1 Réseau Access Network in respect of the programs carried out on behalf of the Ministry of Health.

208.1 Taibu Community Health Centre in respect of the Primary Care Services Program and the Health Promotion Program carried out on behalf of the Ministry of Health.
2. The Regulation is amended by adding the following section:
2.1 The Université de l’Ontario français is designated as a public service agency for the purpose of the definition of “government agency” in section 1 of the Act in respect of all services provided by the University.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
