Amending O. Reg. 657/05

(EXEMPTIONS)

1. (1) Paragraph 1 of subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 657/05 is amended by striking out “$13,150” at the end and substituting “$14,180”.

(2) Subparagraph 2 i of subsection 1 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “$29,100” and substituting “$31,379”.

(3) Subparagraph 2 ii of subsection 1 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “$11,300” at the end and substituting “$14,405”.

(4) Paragraph 3 of subsection 1 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “$6,600” at the end and substituting “$7,117”.

(5) Subsection 1 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “$10,000” at the end and substituting “$10,783”.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
