Amending O. Reg. 7/07
(STUDENT TRUSTEES)
1. (1) Subsection 4 (4) of Ontario Regulation 7/07 is revoked and the following substituted:
(4) Despite subsection (2), in 2021, an election for a student trustee position for a one-year term of office shall be held not later than April 30, 2021.
(2) Subsection 4 (4) of the Regulation, as remade by subsection (1), is revoked.
Commencement
2. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
(2) Subsection 1 (2) comes into force on the later of July 1, 2021 and the day this Regulation is filed.
