Amending O. Reg. 316/07

(DESIGNATION AND CLASSIFICATION OF PROVINCIAL PARKS)

1. (1) The item for Craigleith Provincial Park (Recreational Class) in Table 1 of Ontario Regulation 316/07 is revoked and the following substituted:

Craigleith Provincial Park (Recreational Class)

In the Geographic Township of Collingwood, Town of the Blue Mountains, County of Grey containing 67 hectares, more or less, being composed of those parts of the said Geographic Township designated as Parts 1 and 2, both inclusive, on a plan known as Craigleith Provincial Park (Recreational Class), filed on August 5, 2016 with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry.

(2) The item for Fish Point Provincial Park (Nature Reserve Class) in Table 1 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Fish Point Provincial Park (Nature Reserve Class)

Those parts of Pelee Island and the bed of Lake Erie in front of Pelee Island, now in the Township of Pelee, in the County of Essex being composed of all of lot 68, parts of lots 30 and 69, the road allowance between lots 68 and 70, the road allowance between lots 69 and 70, all of the road allowances along the shore of Pelee Island in front of lots 68 and part of the road allowance along the shore of Pelee Island in front of lots 30 and 69, all as shown on Registered Plan No. 35, part of the bed of Lake Erie in front of Registered Plan No. 35 and all of lot 70 as shown on Registered Plan No. 38, containing 109.78 hectares, more or less, all now designated as Parts 1 to 5 both inclusive, on a plan known as Southwestern-Fish Point filed on April 30, 1984 with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry.

(3) The item for Frontenac Provincial Park (Natural Environment Class) in Table 1 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Frontenac Provincial Park (Natural Environment Class)

In the Geographic Townships of Bedford and Loughborough, in the County of Frontenac containing 5,350 hectares, more or less, being composed of those parts of the said Geographic Townships designated as Parts 1 and 2, on a plan known as Frontenac Provincial Park (Natural Environment Class), filed on January 25, 2019, with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry.

(4) The item for Killarney Provincial Park (Wilderness Class) in Table 1 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Killarney Provincial Park (Wilderness Class)

In the Geographic Townships of Hansen, Goschen, Sale, Carlyle, Killarney and Rutherford, in the Municipality of Killarney, and in the Geographic Townships of Roosevelt and Curtin, all in the Territorial District of Sudbury, containing 49,325 hectares, more or less, being composed of those Parts of the said Geographic Townships designated as Parts 1 to 4, both inclusive, on a plan known as Killarney Provincial Park (Wilderness Class), filed on December 29, 2005, with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources.

Save and Except all of Crown Location CL 4223 designated as Part 1, Reference Plan 31R-1460.

(5) The item for Sandbanks Provincial Park (Natural Environment Class) in Table 1 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Sandbanks Provincial Park (Natural Environment Class)

In the Corporation of the County of Prince Edward, Geographical Township of Hallowell, containing 1572 hectares, more or less, being composed of those Parts of the said Township designated as Parts 1 to 6 both inclusive, on a plan known as Sandbanks Provincial Park (Natural Environment Class), filed on September 14, 2018, with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry.

(6) The item for Wabakimi Provincial Park in Table 1 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Wabakimi Provincial Park

In Unsurveyed Territory, and in the Geographic Townships of Bulmer, Bertrand, Chevrier, Fletcher, Furlonge, Heathcote, Manion, Smye and McLaurin, in the Territorial District of Thunder Bay containing 892,940 hectares, more or less, being composed of those Parts of the Unsurveyed Territory and those Parts of the said Geographic Townships, designated as Parts 1 to 6, both inclusive on a plan known as Wabakimi Provincial Park, filed on September 20, 2018, with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources.

(7) The item for West Sandy Island Provincial Park (Nature Reserve Class) in Table 1 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

West Sandy Island Provincial Park (Nature Reserve Class)

In the Geographical Township of Bertram, in the District of Nipissing, containing 260 hectares, more or less, being composed of that part of the said Geographic Township of Bertram, designated as Part 1, on a Plan known as West Sandy Island Provincial Park (Nature Reserve Class), filed on January 3, 2019 with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
