(GRANTS FOR STUDENT NEEDS - LEGISLATIVE GRANTS FOR THE 2018-2019 SCHOOL BOARD FISCAL YEAR)
1. Subsection 14 (1) of Ontario Regulation 284/18 is amended by adding the following paragraph:
1.1 Add the amount of the board’s adjustment for declining enrolment for the current fiscal year.
2. Subsection 50 (19) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
(19) The increasing capital planning capacity amount is the sum of the amounts specified for the board in Column 2 and Column 3 of the following Table:
