Amending O. Reg. 221/11

(EXTENDED DAY AND THIRD PARTY PROGRAMS)

1. Subsection 27 (1) of Ontario Regulation 221/11 is revoked and the following substituted:

(1) The following programs are prescribed for the purposes of paragraph 1 of subsection 259 (2) and paragraph 1 of subsection 259.1 (2) of the Act:

1.  An authorized recreational and skill building program that is authorized under the Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014 to operate for more than three hours each day.

2.  Any other authorized recreational and skill building program that operates after school.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2021 and the day it is filed.
